Quebec's pork in the Old Capital

With four successful editions, the "Quebec's pork" week in the Old Capital is coming back for a fifth consecutive year. In December, some restaurants of Quebec City area will showcase Quebec's pork on their menu. Braised, sautéed or pulled, in classical or reinvented versions, local pork will be the gourmet star of the Capitale-Nationale.
